1.From a personal improvement point of view why is self-reflection important?

From a personal improvement point of view, self-reflection is important to allow you to remove inner road-blocks, to become aware of them, and to find solutions.

2.How is self-reflection similar to cleaning your room?

Self-reflection is similar to cleaning your room because you have to get rid of any obstacle to be able to be clear minded, mess free, and organized.

3.Identify three environments that would be suitable for self-reflection.

Three environments that would be suitable for self-reflection are 1. a distraction free zone, 2. a quiet environment, and 3. a relaxing place.

4.What is the difference between a HOW question and a Why question?

A HOW question is a solution, or action oriented thought, where as a WHY question is a confirmation of why you can't do something. WHY questions can be used to seek answers.

5.When someone is being self-reflective why might they lie to themselves?

When being self-reflective, someone might lie to themselves to shelter them from the truth that can be scary to know.

6.What is an a-ha moment?

An a-ha moment is a realization of a new quality, insight, or something you did not know about yourself before. This is the goal when self-reflecting.

7.Once you have made a decision why is it important to commit to that decision?

Commit to the decision, which should be pretty straight-forward since it is in harmony with the answer you got to your question during Self-Reflection.

8.Reflection is great, but it must be followed by another step. What is the next step?

The next step after is action. You need to have action to be able to pursue those inner thoughts and decisions to be able to progress.
